  Nice and friendly enough but not thorough in my opinion. My dog has complex skin issues being part Shar-Pei but they chalked it all up to fleas without even looking at his skin lesions for more than a second. Failed to get temperature or inspect ears because my dog resisted it? Disappointed and the only holistic thing about their clinic is homemade dog soaps...
